When using Oria locally on iOS without an account, all data you create — including calendars, events, routines, shifts, tasks, and preferences — is stored in your device's local SQLite database.

If you use the web version or register an account, your data is securely stored in a personal cloud database associated with your account to enable seamless synchronization between devices.

We collect personal information (such as your email) solely for account management and security. We never share or sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use invasive advertising or tracking SDKs.

2. Optional Features & Synchronization

If you enable iCloud backup on iOS, a copy of your data may be stored in your private iCloud Drive container.

On the web, data is securely synced in real-time across your devices.

All data transmissions are handled securely.

3. Notifications & Widgets

Notifications are processed locally on your device.

Widgets do not transmit any data externally.

4. Third-Party Services

Oria may integrate third-party analytics or measurement providers such as Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and similar services to improve app performance, user experience, and overall quality.

These providers are not used as advertising networks; system interfaces and store rating prompts are managed by the relevant operating system or platform provider.

5. Data Security

On your device, your data is protected by your OS security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) and database WAL constraints.

6. Your Rights and Data Retention

You can view, edit, delete, or export your data at any time through the application interface.

Locally stored data remains on your device until you manually delete it or uninstall the app.

For registered accounts, we retain database records as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion requests, your data is permanently deleted after a certain period of time, subject to legal or security requirements.

7. Language Disclaimer & Policy Changes

The English version of this Privacy Policy is the default legal version. Translations are provided for convenience only.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The 'Last Updated' date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of Oria after changes are made means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.

8. Analytics and Measurement

Oria may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and similar services to improve app performance, user experience, and overall quality.

These tools may collect anonymized data such as usage metrics and performance data. This data is used solely to improve our services and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
