1. Data Collection & Storage

Personal Workspace: When using Oria locally on iOS without an account, all personal data you create — including calendars, events, routines, work shifts, personal tasks, notes, and habits — is stored directly in your device's local database under your personal control.

Business Workspace & Cloud Synchronization: When you create a verified Oria account and use the Business workspace or cloud synchronization, your projects, milestones, task sections, tasks, business finances, notes, and team workspace data are securely stored in cloud infrastructure to enable seamless real-time synchronization between your authenticated mobile and web sessions.

Account Information: We collect minimal personal information (such as your email address) strictly for authentication, account management, and team collaboration invitations. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not employ invasive advertising or tracking SDKs.

2. Workspaces, Team Collaboration & Synchronization

Real-Time Synchronization: Authenticated data synchronizes in real time across Web and Mobile using secure, industry-standard TLS/SSL encrypted communication channels.

Team Collaboration: When you invite team members to a project or workspace via email, the invitee's email address is processed solely for permission management. Project and workspace contents are accessible only to authorized collaborators based on their assigned role (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer). Private projects remain strictly inaccessible to unauthorized users.

Document Shortcuts & Device Privacy: Files and documents linked to projects or notes reference local paths on your device. Physical documents and files are never uploaded or transferred to Oria servers; they remain entirely on your local device storage.

Developer Secrets Sanitization: Third-party API keys, personal access tokens, and integration secrets entered into the Developer Hub are automatically sanitized and stripped from all backup and export archives.

iCloud Backup (iOS): If you choose to enable iCloud backup, a copy of your local database is stored in your private iCloud Drive container managed by Apple, accessible only to your Apple ID.

3. Notifications & Device Features

Reminders and scheduled alerts for events, shifts, routines, and tasks are processed and triggered locally by your device operating system.

Home screen and lock screen widgets read locally cached information on your device and do not transmit personal data to external servers.

4. Subscriptions & Third-Party Infrastructure

Subscription Infrastructure (RevenueCat): We use RevenueCat Inc. as our trusted subscription management service to validate App Store purchase receipts and synchronize subscription entitlements across platforms. RevenueCat processes pseudonymous app user identifiers, device receipt tokens, and entitlement statuses solely to authenticate subscription access. Neither Oria nor RevenueCat ever collects, receives, or stores your credit cards, bank accounts, or sensitive financial information; all payments are processed securely and exclusively by Apple Inc.

Operational Analytics: Oria may utilize privacy-conscious measurement tools (such as Vercel Analytics) solely to evaluate platform reliability, loading performance, and error diagnostics. These metrics are strictly anonymized and are never used to profile users or serve targeted advertising.

5. Data Security & On-Device Protection

On your mobile device, local data is protected by operating system sandboxing, hardware-level device security, and biometric controls (Face ID, Touch ID, passcode).

All network transmissions between your device and our cloud services are secured using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption protocols.

6. User Rights & Data Retention

You retain full control over your data. You may view, edit, export (.oria format), or delete your items and workspaces at any time through the application.

Locally stored data remains on your device until you manually clear it or uninstall the application.

Account data is retained as long as your account remains active. Upon requesting account deletion, your cloud data is permanently purged, subject only to required legal and security retention obligations.

7. Language Notice, Policy Changes & Contact

The English version of this Privacy Policy is the authoritative legal version. Translations are provided for user convenience.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect service improvements. Your continued use of Oria following updates signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
